Imagine if one of your friends announced a break from social media, then came back and uploading dozens of photos all at once. Unless they were really close to you, you might unfriend them! You'd at least use an eyeroll emoji.

Simon Cowell

Come on! It hasn't even been 12 months! American Idol could soon be coming back to TV.

Sources confirm to The Hollywood Reporter that NBC has indeed had talks with producers Fremantle Media about the possibility of bringing back Idol.

It's interesting that NBC might want it, since they already have America's Got Talent and The Voice.

Martha Stewart

Martha Stewart really does it all - she even plows her own driveway.

On Thursday, as many parts of the East Coast were hit by a heavy snowstorm, Stewart shared a photo of herself behind the wheel of a giant truck equipped with a plow.

I guess that is part of maintaining a perfect home!

Bob Costas
Bob Costas has been the lead face for NBC Sports for decades, but he announced he's stepping down from Olympic coverage and Football Night In America. He released the news on Thursday's Today show.

"I am going to be like the rest of the country, watching Mike Tirico, who will be an able successor in Korea for the Winter Olympics,” Costas said.

Here's a fun fact: his replacement, Tirico, attended Syracuse on a Bob Costas scholarship!

Kelly Clarkson
At the 2006 Grammys, Kelly Clarkson cried as she accepted the award for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance. Now she's revealed another reason she was crying.

She thought she had cancer.

Clarkson told Billboard's Pop Shop Pocast, "Not many people know this ... but I was told that morning that I had cancerous results for something. And here's the horrible part: I go the whole day, and I completely cried — they had to redo my makeup four times, because I was like, 'Wow, I'm so young!' — and I was just completely freaking out."

The story gets worse (or better?):

"I went to the doctor the next day, and they apologized for mixing up results," she explained. "And I was like, ‘Are you for real? You completely ruined my entire (Grammy night) — first time for an artist, as a kid watching the Grammys, it was a big dream!"

I can't imagine the emotional rollercoaster that must have been, but glad she's okay.
